Refund Policy

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or cancel any orders.

Damages and Issues

If you've double checked your order confirmation and have received the wrong item or it turned up faulty, please reach out to do.cherrynails@gmail.com so we can help right away!

If only one or more individual press-on nails arrived damaged, you will get single replacement nails for them.

Please document the state of the packaging and the products ordered with pictures and add them into your return request email for us to review.

Exchanges

Please contact us at do.cherrynails@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your nails. Any request sent after stated duration will not be eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at do.cherrynails@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
